-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To get you an accurate quote, we need the year, make, and model of your boat, along with clear photos of your current helm and the exact outside dimensions of your existing panel.

We keep a large library of boat panel templates and manufacturer cutouts in house. Because of that, layout work and electronics spacing are straightforward, and it’s a big reason our turnaround times are fast.

Electronics & Switches

Send the model numbers for your GPS units, radios, gauges, or other electronics going into the panel. We already have most cutout specs on file, but we verify everything against your exact equipment.

Switch selection is important because it affects material thickness and routing. Standard rocker switches cannot be installed in material thicker than 1/4", but we have a way around that!

Our recommendation is the Sea Candi Marine Pro-Series 19mm or 22mm push-button switches for a cleaner look, better durability in saltwater, and more flexibility in panel thickness.

Panel Thickness

We keep 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" materials in stock, so you can pick the thickness that works best for your panel size and hardware. Bigger dashes usually need thicker material so the panel doesn’t flex and sits solid on the console.

You don’t always need a full dash replacement. Our 1/4" material works great for smaller switch panels, fixing faded labels, or covering holes. It’s strong, easy to handle, and installs cleanly without fuss.

Thicker panels, like 3/8" or 1/2", are better for larger dashes with more switches or electronics. They hold up over time, resist flexing, and make installation straightforward because the panel stays rigid while you mount your equipment.

Since we keep all three thicknesses in stock, we can match your panel to the right material, make sure your switches and electronics fit properly, and get your replacement or repair done fast. It also makes it easier to upgrade parts of your dash without replacing the whole thing.

Labels & Branding

Provide your finalized switch label list such as NAV/ANC, BILGE, LIVEWELL, etc. If you want your boat name or logo etched into the panel, include that as well.

Mounting

All panels come standard with black coated SS316 #8 countersunk fasteners.

Hidden stud mounting is available if you prefer no visible hardware on the face.

If We Don’t Have Your Template

If your boat isn’t already in our system, we’ll walk you through making a simple trace that we digitize in house. If you provide a new hull template we don’t already have, we offer a discount for helping us expand our library.

Quote & Production

Once we have your information, we’ll send over a firm quote and a layout proof for approval. We make revisions until everything looks right before cutting.

After approval and payment, your panel is cut, etched, assembled, and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks. It arrives ready for install with instructions included.
